Return and Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy is very simple.

We will make a full refund based on two conditions:

• Contact us about refund within 10 days of delivery
• And the chamber in the handle has not been sealed with bees wax.

If the wand is damaged in shipment, we will offer to replace the wand or give a refund.

• Please send a photo to document the damaged wand
