Build-a-Wand!!

Our inventory of wands is every changing since we are trying to do a show somewhere every month - basically there is a good chance that many of the wands shown below have probably already been sold!

While I would love to meet you at a Con somewhere, I have found a way for you to have the wand you want, made from the wood you want, with the core element(s) you want, without having to meet by chance at a Con! 

I call it Build-a Wand!  

Pick a type of wand wood and I will send you a photo of all of the wands available in that wood and you pick one. 

Or you pick a type of wand wood and handle type and I will make a custom wand just for you. 

When you have picked the perfect wand for you, please tell me which Core Elements match your personality. Feel free to pick up to three elements for your wand (you know you).

We will mail the wand, your core elements, a piece of fresh bees wax (to seal the elements in the chamber in the handle) and a card which will list the wand wood and the core elements with a space for you to write the name of the new wand owner. Oh! We will include a dark blue velveteen bag to hold the wand too!   

If you pick an existing wand, it will be mailed within 2 business days. If we make a custom wand for you, it will be mailed within 5 business days.

When you pick up one of our wands, the wand has to feel comfortable in your hand and has to appeal to your eye. Over the years of wand making, I have made lots and lots of wands and I have found that three basic types of handles, with a range of variations, seem to be received better than others. Single Bead, Double Bead and Flow Handles.

I know there are lots of types of wood - colors and grains - and of course prices. Feel free to scroll through the pictures of the wands below and I hope you find a type of wood that jumps out to you!

The heart of your new wand is the core element! I am a big believer that you should be able to pick your own core element(s). Why should you settle for a wand with a core element you didn't pick?

You should choose elements based on your personality. Please see the list of core elements below.  We provided an explanation of what each element could indicate and what type of personality it might match.
